Notes:
The following notes apply to Sections 2.1 to 2.3 above:
- Production in different languages will be counted individually.
- If there is any revenue (including advertising or sponsorship revenue) generated (whether directly or indirectly) from the streaming or download of any of the above contents, such usage shall also be subject to the royalty charge stipulated in Section 1 “Streaming/Download of Music Content or General Entertainment Content (blanket licence)” above.
- The rates do not apply to live streaming of any contents.
- Our Society reserves the right to adjust the fees as appropriate in accordance with actual situation.
Remarks:
- There are both Chinese and English versions for these Schedules. In the event of conflict between the two versions, the English version shall prevail.
2. CASH reserves the right of interpretations of these Schedules.
Royalty Charge Schedule
Streaming/Download of Music Content or General Entertainment Content (blanket licence)
Royalty charge shall be a percentage of gross revenue (as specified in the table below) subject to minimum fee per user, minimum fee per stream/download and an advance fee.

2.1 Audio music clip, music video, lyrics and audio-visual clip:
The following rates apply to non-commercial use by non-commercial organisation but do NOT apply to marketing, advertising and/or promotional use which is subject to the rates in Section 2.2 below.
